It does not have its own large-scale production factory, but has a complete product assembly workshop, testing laboratory, and warehousing logistics center, located in Fengxian District, Shanghai.
Assembly and Testing Workshop: Covering an area of approximately 1500 square meters, it is equipped with an assembly line for self-developed products such as hydrogen pre-treatment modules and water separators, as well as testing equipment such as airtightness test benches, flow calibration devices, and environmental test chambers to ensure that each set of shipped assembly components undergoes strict functional verification.
Storage and Logistics Center: Covering an area of approximately 2000 square meters, it implements classified and partitioned management, with constant temperature and humidity storage spaces to ensure the safe storage of electronic components and precision parts. The company adopts an ERP system for inventory management, achieving first in, first out and batch traceability. We have established cooperation with multiple international logistics companies and can provide various transportation methods such as sea freight, air freight, and land freight to ensure the safe and fast delivery of products to global customers.
Collaborative manufacturing resources: For non self-developed products, the company has established strategic partnerships with 8 high-quality hydrogen component manufacturers, 3 home reactor manufacturers, 4 test bench and hydrogen production equipment manufacturers in China. These cooperative factories have all passed our strict quality audit and obtained ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and other system certifications. The total area exceeds 100000 square meters and they have advanced production and testing equipment such as five axis machining centers, laser cutting machines, automatic welding robots, and coordinate measuring instruments. The company can schedule these resources at any time to meet the bulk order requirements of customers.
Packaging and Transportation: All exported products are packaged in standard export wooden boxes or fumigation free pallets, filled with shock-absorbing materials, and clearly marked with handling labels. For precision instruments, additional moisture-proof and anti-static protection should be added.
