Description:
In a fuel cell system, after hydrogen flows out of the storage system it needs a series of treatments before entering the stack: pressure reduction and stabilization, flow control, and tail hydrogen recovery. Traditional solutions usually use multiple discrete components such as a separate pressure reducing valve, proportional valve, shut-off valve and hydrogen circulation pump, which not only occupy a lot of installation space but also have problems such as parasitic power consumption, loud mechanical noise and low reliability in the hydrogen pump solution.
The LN series hydrogen pre-treatment module is an integrated solution developed precisely to solve this problem. The bodies are all made of aluminum alloy, the working temperature covers -40C~120C, and all products undergo 100% functional test and helium leak test before leaving the factory and are fully traceable. This series includes three product lines:
LN-PCM hydrogen pressure control module (hydrogen supply module / hydrogen supply valve group): highly integrates the proportional solenoid valve, high-pressure shut-off valve, pressure relief valve and other customer-customized requirements (such as pressure sensor interfaces). Through electronically controlled pressure regulation (PWM control, 400~500Hz), the module provides stable outlet pressure under different inlet pressure and flow requirements. Inlet pressure 7~13barg, outlet pressure 0~2.0barg, stable flow 2.0L/s (H2 @ 20C).
LN-HYL integrated ejector (for hydrogen pump): uses the Venturi ejection principle, using the negative pressure generated when high-pressure hydrogen passes through the Venturi tube to re-eject the remaining hydrogen at the stack outlet back to the inlet, realizing hydrogen recirculation. The product integrates a shut-off valve, proportional valve, relief valve, purge valve, pressure sensor and Venturi tube, and adopts a dual hydrogen recirculation path design. Inlet pressure 10~13bar, outlet pressure 0~2.0bar, stable flow 1600L/min (H2), ejection ratio equivalent 0.6~3.0, effective ejection range covering 8~100% Pe.
LN-HYL integrated ejector (pure ejector): based on the standard version, raises the stable flow to 2800L/min (H2) to meet the hydrogen recirculation needs of higher-power fuel cell systems. Other core parameters are consistent with the standard version. Compared with the hydrogen pump solution, it has the advantages of zero parasitic power, no mechanical noise, high reliability and small volume.

Company Advantages:
Shanghai Yibaijia Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., as a professional hydrogen energy parts supply platform, distributes the LN series hydrogen pre-treatment modules dedicated to fuel cells. The LN series adapts to 5~300kW systems and covers a working temperature of -40C~120C; the LN-HYL series uses an ejector solution to realize zero-parasitic-power hydrogen recirculation. The company team has more than 10 years of hydrogen energy industry experience and can provide full-process technical support from product selection and system matching to installation.
FAQ
Q1: Can you provide samples for testing?
A: Yes, we support sample orders for vehicle installation testing and performance verification, and also accept mixed-model sample orders.
Q2: What is the delivery lead time?
A: Sample orders usually take 5-7 working days; bulk orders (depending on order quantity) generally take 15-30 working days.
Q3: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limit?
A: There is no strict MOQ limit; 3-piece sample trial orders are supported, and bulk order prices are more favorable.
Q4: What product series does the hydrogen pre-treatment module mainly include?
A: It mainly includes three series: the LN-PCM pressure control module (supply pressure regulation), the LN-HYL integrated ejector (for hydrogen pump) and the LN-HYL integrated ejector (pure ejector). The former handles pressure reduction and stabilization of high-pressure hydrogen, and the latter two handle ejection and recirculation of the remaining stack hydrogen back to the inlet.
Q5: Why does a fuel cell system need an ejector?
A: The remaining hydrogen at the stack anode needs to be recirculated back to the inlet to improve hydrogen utilization. The ejector uses the Venturi principle: when high-pressure hydrogen passes through the Venturi tube it generates a negative pressure that re-ejects the remaining hydrogen at the stack outlet back to the inlet, achieving zero-parasitic-power hydrogen recirculation.
Q6: What are the advantages of the ejector over the hydrogen circulation pump?
A: The ejector has the advantages of zero parasitic power (no electricity consumption), no mechanical noise, high reliability (no moving parts) and small volume, significantly improving the net efficiency of the system.
Q7: What is the effective ejection range of the integrated ejector?
A: The effective ejection range covers 8~100% Pe, with an ejection ratio equivalent of 0.6~3.0.
Q8: How to handle product failures?
A: We implement a strict quality control system, with an out-of-factory defect rate below 0.2%. During the warranty period, small batches of defective products will be replaced with new ones in the next order; batch quality problems will be negotiated for repair or replacement to ensure customer rights.
